Who I support

Clients I work with might be navigating anxiety, self-doubt, shame, grief, or a major life transition. They may want to explore creative blocks, their relationship to sexuality/kink, or find ways to feel more empowered in their lives. We might be a good fit if you would like support navigating any of the following:

  • Anxiety and/or depression

  • Feelings of shame, insecurity or self-doubt

  • Experiences of trauma, PTSD and C-PTSD

  • Self-discovery and identity development

  • Sexuality, non-monogomy or relationship concerns

  • Masking and people-pleasing

  • Getting (back) in touch with creativity and self-expression

  • Chronic illness/ pain

  • Attachment injuries or being a child of emotionally immature parents

  • Perfectionism, overachieving or feeling like you’re never “doing enough”

  • Burnout / Chronic stress

  • Exploring how systems of oppression and/or intergenerational trauma and lineage impact your life and experience

  • Life Transitions, Life Stressors

  • Body image challenges

I am best able to support patients who have some degree of safety and stability in their living environment.

I do not provide support for individuals experiencing:

active suicidal intent or plan

acute psychiatric emergencies

primary substance use disorders

If you are experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or are in immediate crisis, please call 988, go to your nearest emergency room, or contact local crisis services.

Methods

I draw from westernized clinical tools like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Art Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Emotion Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

I also draw from other wisdoms, including lineage, dreams, intergenerational stories and symbolism.
